RUFUS – Newly sworn in Nox City Mayor Daniel Leslie has signed his first order as the 47th Mayor Of Nox City, authorizing the Federal Government to conduct large scale immigration operations within city limits with the full backing and support of the Nox City Police Department and city government.
“Together we will fight for the survival of the last semblance of common sense that was lost for so long under Nationalist leadership in City Hall,” said Mayor Daniel Leslie. “Together, with the help of Governor Joey Rigg and our city councilmen and council women, we will get our city back to the once-flourishing city we know it can be. Together we will fight illegal immigration, crack down on drug and violent crime and focus on protecting our city’s children. This city has so much offer and we just need to tap into its potential.”
Mayor Leslie has said he would work with Governor Joey Rigg and Jesstopian President Laylin to push for more immigration enforcement operations in the city, which were prevented under former Mayor Tom Brosnik and Linda Lee during her tenure as the city’s mayor.
“We will work to open our city to immigration officials, who day in and day out work to protect the great people of our country and our city,” continued Mayor Leslie. “Why would we stop them from serving the Jesstopian people and Nox City? They are the protection that has been missing for too long in our city, which as of now, is flooded with hundreds of thousands of illegals. We will end that during my tenure.”
Mayor Leslie is scheduled for his meeting with city officials and his freshly selected cabinet, as well as meeting with his Assistant Mayor James Ochlane. The mayor will participate is several events including an inaugural breakfast, and his Mayoral inaugural ball and dinner.
The Mayor’s office website has been updated to reflect a list of legislative goals for the Mayor and lays out his schedule for the next two years. He is scheduled to sign 8 new bills into law that were left over from the Brosnik administration.
“The Mayor will sign several bills that will kick start his tenure as the Mayor of North Lorray’s largest city,” said Leslie’s Press Secretary Dana Luske. “More of his schedule will be published as his term continues and we will be working to be as transparent as physically possible with the people of Nox City.”
