Asylum And Asylee Status

On July 23, 2026, President Laylin signed Executive Orders 300.472 and 300.473 which authorized the resumption of Asylum and Immigration Applications, and reversing his August 11, 2025 order halting the processing of applications. The orders signed won't take full effect until mid-September.

Any foreign national seeking help with seeking asylee status can be granted a temporary visa which will be granted after completion of and approval of your Deferred Action For Asylum Seekers. Form IM9925.

To track your Asylee Status, use the form below, to request your Asylum Status. You must have a valid Photo ID from the Country Of Origin, and/or a Temporary Visa with your Photo and Document Number. You will also need a valid email address or phone number. This will be how you receive your asylee status. You will enter all of these into the form below. We will then process you status.
