Outgoing Nox City Mayor Tom Brosnik prepares for his final full day as mayor ahead of tomorrow’s inauguration of incoming Republican Mayor Daniel Leslie who defeated Nationalist Micheal Conti during the 2026 Nox City Mayoral Election. Leslie will be sworn into office at 7:00 AM tomorrow morning.

Leslie, who has served as a North Lorray State Representative easily defeated Conti in a bitter defeat following the successful gubernatorial bid of former Senator and Republican candidate Joey Rigg on February 16, 2026. He resigned from his State Senate on March 15, as required by North Lorray’s resignation mandate for a State official to take any other office.

“I look forward to the peaceful transfer of power between incoming Mayor Daniel Leslie and myself,” said Mayor Tom Brosnik. “Together we will ensure that the incoming Mayor has all the tools and resources available to him on day one, and I wish him all the best.”

Mayor Brosnik has served as the 46th Mayor of Nox City since 2022, when he succeeded then-Mayor Linda Lee while she prepared to be sworn in as the 21st Governor Of North Lorray in March 2022. He has been a strong advocate for non-partisan approach to governance and worked significantly with Republicans to deliver results for Nox City residents.

“I appreciate Mayor Brosnik and his team for aiding me in ensuring a smooth transition of power to me from the outgoing Mayor,” said Mayor-Elect Daniel Leslie. “I look forward to serving the great people of our city for the next two years and together we will accomplish so much, and I look forward to working with Governor Joey Rigg to deliver on his immigration policy across Nox City.”
