RUFUS – Congress just passed the Infrastructure Expansion and Repair act that will grant over 240 billion dollars for infrastructure expansion and repair, allowing the Interstate 890 road work to continue in both North and South directions. The bill will now be headed to President Laylin for a final signature.

This bill will also allow the Government to develop a workforce program that will aid in convicts, and other eligible individuals to find work where they otherwise may not be able to. The bill aims to improve roadways, build more housing and promote work forces that include those who are struggling to find a job.

“This bill is an important step to improve living and end the homeless crisis that has been a key point of the Laylin administration,” said House Speaker Gregory Harks. “We can address this issue head on and that is what this chamber and the Senate plan on doing. President Laylin has also expressed that he is committed to getting this bill signed.”

The Republican controlled Congress is also considering a full and complete ban on transgender ideology, and outlawing ‘transition surgery.’ Congress has repeatedly attempted to pass legislation that aims to ban trans rights and ideas, while under the then-Nationalist controlled House and Senate. Now that Republicans control both chambers of Congress, it is expected that any sort of anti-trans legislation will easily slip through Congressional approval and head to the President’s desk.
