RUFUS – Voters hit the polls starting at 7:00 AM this morning and since then have been casting their ballots for the preferred Senate candidate. According to the Federal Elections Board, they have seen record turnout for a Senate election than has ever been seen before.

Elections Board Director Craig Henderson said that over 28 million voters have already casted their ballot with approximately 2 million seniors casting their ballots around the country at 6:00 AM.

“So far we have seen 28 million ballots cast and an expected 10 million more within the next couple of hours,” said Director Craig Henderson. “We know that several million people may not be able to get to polls until closer to the close of polls so as long as you are in line, at 8:00 PM, you will still be able to vote. Please get out and vote if you are heading to your polling place now.”

Republicans currently control the Senate with the majority as Nationalists hope to win back control of the Senate which they say is to reel in President Laylin’s reckless and dangerous immigration enforcement. Republicans are likely to retain control of the Senate but Nationalists may take several seats back from them.
