K1-K5 Visas

A1-A4 Visas

A Visas are visa solely for citizens of the United States Of Jesstopia. These visas are used in replacement of a physical passport or a citizen reentering the country who is unable to get a passport prior to departure from their point of origin. See types of Visas in “A Visa Types” section.

Traveler & Work Visas(K2 And K3 Visas)

Traveler And Work Visas are temporary visas authorizing a non-Jesstopian citizen to work or travel within the the United States Of Jesstopia for a specified period of time. Generally, these types of visas are processed within 1-2 months and should be requested 6 months prior to scheduled entry into the United States Of Jesstopia. These two types of Visas are foreign nationals or persons not Jesstopian Citizens wishing to hold extended visitor or extended foreign worker extensions granted to select people or groups of people. K2 Visas & K3 Visas: Extended Foreigner Traveler Visa and Foreign Worker Visas

K4	Extradition Visa	No Set Length (Dependent On Criminal Case Length)	Used for cases of Criminals from foreign lands. This includes in cases of extradition.	1-2 weeks
K5	Asylee Visa	1-2 Months	Used for Asylees who travel to the United States Of Jesstopia for Asylee hearings, court dates and other immigration meetings.	4-6 months
