| Project Details: | All four fence lines of the property are to be raised by 6 meters(roughly the height of safety, as defined for restricted zones under Chapter 55 of 5 JSC 4091 of the United States Of Jesstopia Federal Code. Work will begin, starting with the West South Fence line, with work to regress the fence line back by 5-8 meters, to give way to road work on Jesstopia Street, which is currently under construction for widening. Work is expected to take anywhere between 2-6 months, with work be completed in phases. Increased security for the project will be in force an detour routes are being charted as work is set to begin on August 17, 2025. |
The Nationalist House Fencing Improvement Project was contracted through Jessy’s Construction Inc, and Jessy’s Contracting Corp LLC. During negotiations, Jessy’s Construction proposed a project cost of 1.2 million, but was successfully negotiated down to 600,000, capping the total project expenditure to roughly J599,842.00.
