Welcome To The Community Profile Of Our Community’s Founder And Current Chief Executive Officer. Jessy was born in Buffalo, New York in 2002, and has always been a fan of community-oriented play, including in person and online. He founded the Jesstopia RP Community in 2017, which was formerly known as the Cardinal City, before transitioning the community to the name of Jesstopia RP Community.

Over the more than 5 years since the community’s founding, he has built a strong base of community members, players and others who have seen the community grow in ways never before seen. He says he wants to “make a place where all people can come together and enjoy the games the community operates on.”
