RUFUS – New Shire State Police troopers discovered disturbing assassination plans while conducting a felony traffic stop. The agency confirmed that they found a manifest of top Laylin officials the driver, whose identity is not being released at this time, was targeting. The agency confirmed that the assassination plans were turned over to Federal Crimes Investigation Service agents.

The traffic stop was initiated after a trooper patrolling Interstate 890 South received a license plate reader hit for a felony warrant. The traffic stop was initiated at 8:48 PM. Several troopers of the agency began removing the three occupants from the car, when they conducted a search official for the state police said they discovered an AR-15, seven rifles and two pistols.

“This is extremely concerning that someone has this weaponry and could have caused death to the President or our troopers,” said New Shire State Police Commissioner Lee Adams. “We are grateful that our troopers captured this individual before he was able to act on his plans and harm the President.”

FCIS Director Barry Wilkenson says that the three passengers of the vehicle are currently being questioned by agents and says the driver will face assassination attempt charges. The passengers are likely to face other criminal charges.

“The three passengers will likely be charged with assisting in the planning of an attempted assassination of a government official, assisting in the attempted assassination of the President Of The United States Of Jesstopia,” said FCIS Director Barry Wilkenson. “The driver is most definitely going to be charged with conspiracy to commit an assassination the President Of The United States Of Jesstopia, felony in possession of a firearm. He is also being charged with conspiracy to commit an assassination of a government official. We will work with the Department Of Justice to full prosecute these individuals.”

President Laylin praised the New Shire State Police for their quick apprehension of the suspects and preventing a “catastrophic assassination.” He said that he is grateful that such plans were revealed citing the need to for “mental institutions for liberalized Jesstopians.”

“The New Shire State Police today uncovered a plan to assassinate me during a traffic stop in Frankfurt, New Shire this evening,” said President Laylin. “Their quick actions prevented a catastrophic assassination. I am grateful that the assassination plans were revealed. The Jesstopian people deserve to have mental institutions for liberalized Jesstopians. They are a danger to the public and to office holders nationwide.”

Federal investigators say they are looking to see how extensive the assassination plot goes and may make more arrests as needed. They say the have filed for search warrants for the driver’s home, as well as the home of the three passengers. They have not confirmed if they believe this plot to go any deeper or more in depth and are currently investigating the plot.
