RUFUS – The Supreme Court ruled on Saturday that President Laylin’s bans on LGBTQ books in schools is unconstitutional which the court says violates the freedom of speech and freedom of expression clause of the Constitution. The court says that President Laylin cannot restrict, limit or remove content that “he doesn’t agree with simply because he doesn’t agree with it.” The decision was handed down four days after the court heard the lawsuit filed against the Laylin Administration by the Roberto Central School District.

The court also said that funding freezes must be lifted for federally funded colleges and universities after more than a month of funding cuts to colleges that refused to pull LGBTQ materials from their campuses. The court says he has 30 days to reissue federal funding to colleges that heavily rely on the Government funding including public high schools.

Roberto Central School District says it is celebrating after the Supreme Court ruled in favor of the school district. The district said it would resume programs that were cut after the district’s funding dried up. The district is also celebrating by adding more LGBTQ related materials back in its libraries and encouraging teachers to add LBGTQ symbols, banners and flags into their classrooms in show of support for students of the community.

The decision is a major blow to President Laylin’s anti-LGBTQ agenda and what he was hoping to accomplish working with a Republican-controlled House and Senate. President Laylin has not yet signaled if he would comply with the order as he guns for a complete denial of LGBTQ rights in Jesstopia.

The President has made it clear that he despises the community and was willing to stop at nothing until the community was crushed. As he has not yet made a statement regarding the court ruling, we can expect that he may not be so easily persuaded to restart college funding.

“The Supreme Court has made its ruling, and we are thankful that the court found President Laylin’s bans on LGBTQ materials unlawful and unconstitutional,” said a member of the transgender community. “For far too long Laylin has tried to intimidate us, end our place in the world and remove our symbols of pride. The court just proved that he has no authority to do so.”

Anti-trans groups including Republicans against LGBTQ people said that the Supreme Court is a “a complete joke,” and said that the decision is “catering to the mentally ill,” and “insane.” The groups say it will not cater to the 1% of delusional people in the country.

“The president is trying to restore common sense back into the country and severe the artery of the most ridiculous and delusional people in our country,” said Mark Mercado, a member of the Republicans against LGBTQ people. “We are slowly seeing our country fall back into the same trap as the last four years and prior under Nationalist leadership.”
