RUFUS – President Laylin has responded the Supreme Court decision that ruled his federal funding hold against colleges and schools that don’t remove LGBTQ related materials, books, flags and symbols. The court also ruled that his bans on the materials is unconstitutional.
But now that his bans were struck down by the country’s highest court, he remains determined to ban the materials by any means necessary. He said funding holds would remain in place until schools cooperate with the bans.
The President also criticized the Supreme Court which he says is full of Liberal Justices, for choosing to side with the mentally ill. The President has long been a detractor of the LGBTQ community.
“I have just seen that the Supreme Court, who is filled with Liberal judges ruled that my bans on transgender content being shown in schools is unconstitutional. They also ruled that my funding holds for non-compliant schools is also unconstitutional,” said President Laylin. “As I have said, I will not stop fighting for our nation’s children and prevent perverts like the members of the transgender community from brainwashing our kids and make sure the community doesn’t take over the country. With that being said, I will continue to work to do what I can to safeguard are students schools and make sure liberalism does not effect our children’s abilities to learn, grow and become functioning members of society.”
The President said that the bans would remain in effect, effectively defying the order of the Supreme Court. The President has long held that the Supreme Court should not be able to dictate the policies of the United States Of Jesstopia and should stick to legislative constitutionality. He said the fight was not over.
“The liberal Supreme Court also ruled in favor of allowing children to be taught that they can be born in the wrong which is 100% wrong. I call on the Supreme Court to reconsider its decision. To the parents that are heavily disappointed, let me just tell you that this fight is not over. We will work to criminalize any LGBTQ materials in schools that show sexually explicit material, as a general regulatory measure which would allow us to prevent the showing of sexual or genitalia,” continued the President. “I am angry that our kids will have to go to school and see these postings all over their classroom walls. I am working with Attorney General of the United States Of Jesstopia Brian Wallard who is fighting to find legal loopholes in the Supreme Court’s ruling.”
The President said he is angry that children will have to see sexual material in schools and said he will do everything he can to prevent that from happening. He says due to the Supreme Court, the funding holds will in fact remain in effect until compliance is reached.
“All funding holds will remain in effect until further notice, regardless of the 30-day requirement set by the Supreme Court. Schools will still need to find their own funding until a tentative agreement between our Department of Education and these schools are made,” finished the President. “I have made it very clear to schools, colleges, universities and other education institutions that I will not compromise on the material bans. Until schools work with my Administration to ban these materials, they will not see a lick of funding. The only way forward is for school compliance.”
Congress which is controlled by Republicans is heavily likely to support the President’s efforts to outlaw LGBTQ materials from being displayed in schools as Republicans vowed to do once they gained the majority in the House and Senate. LGBTQ groups are still filing lawsuits in federal courts across the country.
