RUFUS – President Jay Laylin during the private funeral of assassinated DHS Secretary Marcus Welder, awarded him a posthumous Presidential Medal Of Great Sacrifice for his efforts to safeguard the United States Of Jesstopia and laying down his life for Jesstopia.

In a brief statement the President provided, he honored the late Secretary calling him “the beacon of safety and security of our nation, with a beating heart for justice and laws.” President Laylin said that without him, our nation would continue to be overrun with illegal immigrants, rapists and gang members.

“His legacy in the Department Of Homeland Security, will never die, and he will forever be remembered as the beacon of safety and security of our nation, with a beating heart for justice and laws,” said President Laylin. “He will never be forgotten and we must continue to honor the dedication to safe guarding our nation from enemies both foreign and within.”

Welder’s wife Katrina, received the award on Welder’s behalf before she and the President embraced for a long hug. Katrina said that her husband’s death won’t be in vein and hopes to prevent something like this from happening again.
